以下補充說明本版的實際功能與資料處理方式。
本版功能與購買方式
一次性買斷不是自動續訂方案，沒有每月或每年續費，也不會在任何時點自動轉成付費。實際金額、幣別、稅額及優惠以 Google Play 購買確認畫面為準。
- 免費版：基本三合排盤，本命、大限（虛歲）、小限、流年與流月；可新增保存最多 5 筆。四化、飛星、流日、流時、四化表與實歲大限等進階功能需購買完整版。
- 一次性買斷：開放完整排盤功能；本版保存及匯入上限為 1,000 筆，並非無限筆數。
既有命盤不會因為權限變動而自動刪除；超出目前可用額度的命盤會保留並受到開啟／編輯限制。可匯出備份或整理保存名額。命盤資料與 Google Play 購買資格分開；「還原購買」只恢復購買權限，不會還原命盤資料。
中英文如有歧異，以中文版本為準；但不得排除適用法律或 Google Play 服務條款所保障且不得拋棄之權利。
重要說明
本文件即為本公司與您之間就本 App 之使用、內容與服務所訂立的使用者授權合約（EULA）。Google Play 不會另行強制套用平台版本的標準授權合約，因此本文件為完整且唯一的授權條款。您透過 Google Play 下載、購買或使用本 App，另須遵守您與 Google LLC 之間的 Google Play 服務條款；該等條款規範您與 Google 的關係，與本條款各自獨立。本條款與 Google Play 服務條款或不得排除之法律衝突時，僅在必要範圍內以該等規定為準，其餘條款仍有效。
一、接受條款與契約主體
下載、安裝、開啟、購買或使用本 App，即表示您同意本條款；不同意者請勿使用。本條款之契約由您與亮樣國際有限公司訂立，而非 Google。Google 並非本條款之當事人，亦不就本 App 對您負擔擔保、支援或賠償責任；Google 與其關係企業依 Google Play 服務條款及適用法律享有其權利。
二、授權範圍
在您遵守本條款、Google Play 服務條款及適用法律的前提下，本公司授予您可撤回、非專屬、不可轉讓、不可再授權的有限授權，僅得於您擁有或控制且 Google Play 規則允許的 Android 裝置上，為個人或內部專業用途使用 App。所有未明示授予的權利均由本公司保留。
三、智慧財產權
App 的程式、介面、版面、圖像、文字、排盤邏輯之表達、資料庫編排、商標與更新，均屬本公司或授權人之智慧財產。命理理論或公有領域素材本身不因此成為本公司專有權利，但本公司對其具原創性的選擇、編排、程式實作與表達保留權利。使用者保有其合法輸入資料之權利。
四、禁止行為
除法律明文允許且不得限制者外，不得反向工程、反編譯、破解、繞過權限或購買驗證、未授權複製或散布、出租轉售、移除權利標示、干擾安全或服務、植入惡意程式、自動化大量擷取、冒用身分、侵害他人權利，或將 App 用於違法、詐欺、歧視、騷擾或傷害用途。
五、使用者資料與他人資料
您應確保輸入資料正確且來源合法。輸入他人出生或識別資料前，應取得有效同意或具備其他合法權限，並遵守目的限制與資料最小化。您不得輸入無權處理之敏感或機密資料。因違法提供或使用資料所生責任，由行為人負擔；但本公司依法應負之責任不因此免除。
六、免費版與完整版
本 App 提供免費版與完整版兩種版本，沒有體驗期或試用期。免費版沒有使用期限，不需要建立帳號，也不會要求付費；免費範圍包含三合盤至流月，宮位名稱與四化標記只顯示當前層級。跨層級疊宮對照、最多三層四化顯示、四化盤、飛星盤、流日、流時、十天干四化表自訂與實歲大限屬完整版權限。完整版為一次性買斷，非訂閱制，Google Play 未保留任何扣款授權，不自動續訂、不自動扣款，使用者無須亦無從取消。
七、App 內購、價格與恢復購買
完整權限為透過 Google Play 帳務系統進行的一次性購買（非消耗性商品）。價格、幣別、稅額、促銷、付款、退款與撤銷均以 Google Play 商店顯示、Google Play 服務條款、Google Play 退款政策及適用法律為準；付款由 Google 處理，本公司不經手亦不保存您的付款卡號。成功購買後依交易狀態解鎖；退款、撤銷、退款濫用或交易失效時，本公司得依法取消相應資格。您在同一 Google 帳號重新安裝或更換 Android 裝置時，可使用「還原購買」重新取得符合資格的權限。
八、資料儲存與第三方服務
Android 版本不提供跨裝置的雲端同步。命盤儲存於您的裝置本機；另請注意 Android 系統內建的「自動備份」預設為開啟，會將本 App 的資料（含已保存的命盤）加密備份至您自己的 Google 雲端硬碟私人空間，該備份由 Android 系統與 Google 執行，本公司無從存取，您可於裝置的「設定 → 系統 → 備份」自行關閉。Google Play、Google 帳號、Android 系統備份、網路與其他第三方服務由各提供者依其條款管理，與購買資格相互獨立。您同意遵守適用的第三方條款，包括 Google Play 服務條款。第三方服務中斷、帳號變更或設定可能影響功能；本公司就其無法合理控制的第三方行為不負責，但不排除法律不得免除之責任。
九、更新、功能變更與相容性
本公司得為安全、法令、Google Play 政策、技術相容、產品改良或營運需要提供更新或調整功能，但不會任意剝奪已購買之核心權益。部分功能可能因裝置、系統版本、地區或第三方服務而異。若重大不利變更涉及不得拋棄之消費者權利，依適用法律處理。
十、命理內容與專業免責
App 為傳統文化、排盤與研究工具。結果受輸入資料、曆法、時區與流派規則影響，僅供一般資訊及個人參考，不構成醫療、心理、法律、投資、保險、稅務或其他專業意見，亦不保證事件或收益。使用者應自行判斷，重大事項應諮詢合格專業人士。
十一、免責與責任限制
在法律允許最大範圍內，App 按現況及可用狀態提供；本公司不保證不中斷、無錯誤或符合每一特定目的。對可預見範圍外、第三方服務或使用者不當操作所生損害，本公司依法不負責。任何責任排除或上限均不適用於故意、重大過失、人身損害、消費者法定權利或法律禁止限制之責任。
十二、暫停與終止
如有安全風險、違法行為、權利侵害、購買驗證失效或重大違約，本公司得採取相稱措施，包括限制功能、暫停服務或終止使用權；可行時將先通知並提供申訴或補救機會。終止不影響終止前已發生之權利義務，且智慧財產、責任限制、爭議及其他依性質應存續條款繼續有效。
十三、準據法與消費者權利
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，但不影響使用者居住地依法不得排除之消費者保護。爭議應先善意協商；得合法約定管轄時，以臺灣彰化地方法院為第一審管轄法院。您與 Google 之間關於 Google Play 之爭議，另依 Google Play 服務條款所定之準據法與管轄規則處理。
十四、條款變更與可分割性
本公司得因功能、技術、法令、資訊安全或 Google Play 政策更新本條款。重大變更將於 App 或公開頁面通知；依法需重新同意者，將於使用相關功能前取得。任何條款無效或不可執行時，僅在必要範圍調整，其餘仍有效。

The following details describe features and data handling in this version.
Features and purchasing in this version
The one-time purchase does not automatically renew. There is no monthly or annual renewal, and nothing ever converts to a recurring charge. The Google Play purchase confirmation screen controls the actual amount, currency, tax and offer.
- Free access: basic San He charting with natal, major-cycle (nominal age), minor-cycle, annual and monthly layers; up to 5 newly saved charts. Four Transformations, Flying Stars, daily/hourly layers, transformation tables and actual-age major cycles require full access.
- One-time purchase: full charting features; this version permits saving and import up to 1,000 charts, not an unlimited number.
Charts are not automatically deleted solely because access changes. Charts beyond the current allowance remain stored, with opening/editing restrictions. You can export a backup or manage the available slots. Chart data and Google Play entitlement are separate; Restore Purchases recovers the purchase only and does not restore chart data.

If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails, except where non-waivable rights under applicable law or the Google Play Terms of Service require otherwise.
Important Notice
This document is the end user licence agreement (EULA) between you and the Company for the App, its content, and services. Google Play does not impose a platform standard licence agreement, so this document is the complete and only licence governing your use of the App. Downloading, purchasing, or using the App through Google Play is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service between you and Google LLC, which govern your relationship with Google and stand independently of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Google Play Terms of Service or non-waivable law, those rules control only to the required extent and the remaining provisions continue.
1. Acceptance and Parties
By downloading, installing, opening, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it. These Terms are between you and 亮樣國際有限公司, not Google. Google is not a party to these Terms and owes you no warranty, support, or indemnity obligation for the App. Google and its affiliates retain their rights under the Google Play Terms of Service and applicable law.
2. License Scope
Subject to these Terms, the Google Play Terms of Service, and applicable law, the Company grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the App for personal or internal professional purposes on Android devices you own or control as permitted by Google Play rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Intellectual Property
The App's software, interface, layout, graphics, text, expressive implementation of charting logic, database arrangement, marks, and updates are owned by the Company or licensors. Metaphysical theories or public-domain material do not become proprietary merely by inclusion, but the Company retains rights in original selection, arrangement, software implementation, and expression. Users retain rights in data they lawfully provide.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Except where non-waivable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass access or purchase validation, copy or distribute without authority, rent or resell, remove rights notices, disrupt security or service, introduce malware, conduct automated bulk extraction, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful purposes.
5. User and Third-Party Data
You must ensure submitted data is accurate and lawfully obtained. Before entering another person's birth or identifying data, obtain valid consent or other lawful authority and follow purpose limitation and data minimization. Do not enter sensitive or confidential data you lack authority to process. The actor remains responsible for unlawful submission or use, without excluding liability the Company must bear by law.
6. Free Tier and Full Access
The App offers a free tier and full access; there is no trial or evaluation period. The free tier has no time limit, requires no account, and never asks for payment; it includes San He charts through monthly layers, showing palace names and transformation badges only for the selected layer. Cross-layer palace comparison, up to three transformation layers, the Four Transformations and Flying Stars chart views, daily and hourly charts, custom transformation tables, and actual-age major cycles require full access. Full access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; Google Play holds no billing authorization for it, so it does not renew and is never charged automatically, and there is nothing for you to cancel.
7. In-App Purchase, Price, and Restoration
Full access is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable product) made through Google Play Billing. Price, currency, tax, promotion, payment, refund, and revocation are governed by the Google Play store listing, the Google Play Terms of Service, the Google Play refund policy, and applicable law. Payment is processed by Google; the Company neither handles nor stores your payment-card numbers. Access unlocks after a valid transaction; if a transaction is refunded, revoked, invalid, or abused, the Company may lawfully remove the related entitlement. Restore Purchases re-establishes eligible entitlements under the same Google Account.
8. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
The Android edition provides no cross-device cloud sync. Charts are stored locally on your device. Note also that Android's built-in Auto Backup is enabled by default and keeps an encrypted copy of this App's data, including saved charts, in your own private area of Google Drive; that backup is performed by Android and Google, is inaccessible to the Company, and can be turned off under Settings → System → Backup on your device. Google Play, your Google Account, Android system backup, connectivity, and other third-party services are governed by their providers' terms and are independent of your purchase entitlement. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service. Outages, account changes, or settings may affect functionality. The Company is not responsible for third-party acts outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates, Changes, and Compatibility
The Company may update or adjust features for security, law, Google Play policies, compatibility, improvement, or operations, but will not arbitrarily remove core purchased rights. Features may vary by device, OS version, region, or third-party service. Material adverse changes affecting non-waivable consumer rights are handled under applicable law.
10. Metaphysical Content and Professional Disclaimer
The App is a traditional-culture, charting, and research tool. Results depend on source data, calendars, time zones, and school-specific rules. They are general information for personal reference, not medical, psychological, legal, investment, insurance, tax, or other professional advice, and do not guarantee events or returns. Users must exercise judgment and consult qualified professionals for major matters.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided as-is and as-available without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every specific purpose. The Company is not liable where law permits for unforeseeable loss, third-party services, or user misuse. No exclusion or cap applies to intent, gross negligence, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or liability that law forbids limiting.
12. Suspension and Termination
For security risks, unlawful conduct, infringement, failed purchase validation, or material breach, the Company may take proportionate measures including feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Where feasible, notice and an opportunity to appeal or cure will be provided. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations; intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and other provisions intended by nature to survive remain effective.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without depriving users of non-waivable consumer protection in their place of residence. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith. Where jurisdiction may lawfully be agreed, the Taiwan Changhua District Court is the court of first instance. Disputes between you and Google concerning Google Play are instead subject to the governing-law and venue rules in the Google Play Terms of Service.
14. Changes and Severability
The Company may update these Terms for feature, technology, law, security, or Google Play policy changes. Material changes will be announced in the App or on a public page; renewed consent will be obtained before relevant use where required. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is adjusted only as necessary and the remainder continues.
