1.3.1（Build 35）適用說明
以下補充說明本版的實際功能與資料處理方式。
本版的 iCloud 同步
本版 iCloud 同步預設關閉，須由您在「功能與說明」的 iCloud 區域啟用，並使用可用的 Apple iCloud 帳號。啟用後可按「立即同步」；App 回到前景、儲存或匯入命盤後，也可能在符合權限時自動同步。
同步內容包含您保存的命盤名稱或代稱、分類、備註、出生輸入與排盤設定，以及命盤識別碼、建立／更新時間、版本與同步必要資訊。命盤副本透過 CloudKit 存放在您的 Apple 帳號私人 iCloud 資料庫；因此不能將本 App 描述為「所有資料只留在手機」或「完全不會上傳」。
試用期間或買斷後可上傳新增與修改的命盤。免費版可下載既有雲端命盤及同步刪除，本機新增或修改不會上傳。同步仍受網路、Apple 帳號、iCloud 狀態與儲存空間影響。
刪除、暫停同步與備份
在命盤庫刪除後，App 會移除該筆命盤的名稱、備註與命盤內容，保留不含命盤內容的刪除標記及必要識別／版本資訊，避免其他離線裝置把資料復原。若曾同步至 iCloud，必須保持同步啟用並連線成功，刪除標記才會同步至雲端與其他裝置。請查看「刪除待同步」及上次完成狀態；離線刪除不代表雲端立即完成。
本版以刪除標記清除同步命盤內容，不保證立即實體移除每一筆雲端紀錄。關閉 iCloud 同步只會暫停同步，不會刪除既有雲端副本；單純移除 App 也不會發出雲端刪除要求。您自行匯出的備份、分享副本及 Apple 裝置備份須另行管理。
如需處理 Apple 控制的 iCloud 或裝置備份資料，請使用 Apple 提供的資料管理或支援管道；就本公司控制的客服資料及權利請求，可寄信至 service@life-westwood.net。刪除命盤與還原或取消購買資格是不同操作。
本機設定與購買診斷
App 會在裝置保存介面偏好、同步設定、同步帳號識別及防止試用時間倒退所需的時間紀錄；這些不等於另行建立本公司的會員帳號。購買資格由 Apple 交易驗證處理。
「購買問題診斷」顯示本版、查價時間、商店地區、產品價格與錯誤資訊，供您主動查看或回報；請先遮蔽不必要的個人資料再寄信。這三個公開服務頁面不要求登入，不載入廣告或分析程式；頁面交付仍需要一般網路請求。
中英文如有歧異，以中文版本為準；但不得排除適用法律或 Apple 標準 EULA 所保障且不得拋棄之權利。
隱私承諾
我們採資料最小化原則。排盤資料原則上於裝置端處理；不出售個人資料、不進行跨公司廣告追蹤，也不將出生資料提供第三方 AI 模型訓練。
一、適用範圍與資料控制者
本政策說明 亮樣國際有限公司 如何透過 悟得命理・紫微排盤、直接相關的客服及公開服務頁面處理個人資料。Apple、iCloud、App Store 與使用者選擇的裝置服務，另依各自政策處理資料。
二、裝置端處理與『蒐集』的界線
出生日期、時間、性別、地點、時區、曆法與排盤設定，原則上在裝置端用於計算與顯示。若資料未傳送至本公司控制的伺服器，且未為即時服務以外目的而由本公司保存，本公司不將其視為自 App 蒐集。當使用者主動啟用 iCloud、傳送客服內容，或交易驗證需要時，資料才依下列目的傳輸或處理。
三、可能處理的資料
- 命盤資料：姓名或代稱、出生日期時間、性別、地點／座標、時區、曆法及規則設定。
- 使用者內容：主動保存的命盤、分類、備註，以及客服信件或附件。
- 購買資格：產品與交易識別碼、購買、退款、撤銷及驗證結果；不含完整付款卡號。
- 技術資料：App／作業系統版本、裝置類型、錯誤、當機與效能資訊，僅於功能確有使用且依系統設定或同意取得時處理。
- 帳號資料：僅在 App 實際提供登入／帳號時，處理登入識別碼及 Apple 提供的必要資料。
四、處理目的與法律依據
資料僅用於：排盤與顯示、使用者要求的保存與同步、驗證及恢復購買、客服與權利請求、防詐與安全、錯誤修復、履行契約、遵守法令及維護合法權益。法律依據依地區可能包括履行契約、使用者同意、法定義務及經衡量不逾越使用者權益的正當利益。不得以同意為必要條件處理與核心功能無關的非必要資料。
五、保存、iCloud 與購買資格
未保存資料於當次操作或暫存失效後移除；本機命盤保存至使用者刪除、清除 App 資料或移除 App。使用者啟用 iCloud 後，Apple 可能在其 Apple 帳號的 iCloud 環境保存同步副本，至使用者自 App／iCloud 刪除或帳號服務終止。交易、客服、安全與法令紀錄僅保存至完成目的、爭議處理與法定期間所需。iCloud 命盤與 App Store 購買資格分開；刪除其中一項不會自動刪除或取消另一項。
六、分享、委外與跨境
我們不出售或出租個人資料。僅於必要範圍提供予 Apple 及其服務提供者（App Store、iCloud、系統診斷或登入）、依本公司指示且負保密安全義務的技術／客服業者、依法有權機關，或合法企業重組承受者。部分處理可能位於臺灣以外；我們要求適用的契約與法律保護。若新增會影響揭露的第三方 SDK 或業者，將先更新政策及 App Store 隱私標示。
七、追蹤、廣告、分析與 AI
本 App 不使用命盤資料進行跨公司追蹤或定向廣告，不出售個人資料，也不提供出生資料訓練第三方 AI。只有在發行版本實際導入分析、推播或行銷功能，並完成必要揭露、權限與同意後才會處理相關資料；使用者可依 App 或系統設定撤回非必要同意。
八、安全措施與事故處理
本公司採取與風險相稱的資料最小化、存取控制、最小權限、傳輸保護、交易驗證、更新維護、委外管理與事故應變措施。任何電子系統均無法保證絕對安全；如發生依法應通知的個資事故，將採取控制與補救措施並依法通知。
九、您的權利與選擇
依適用法律，您得就本公司控制之資料請求查詢、閱覽、複製、補充、更正、停止蒐集／處理／利用、刪除，或撤回同意。可先在 App 內刪除命盤、關閉 iCloud 同步，並以 service@life-westwood.net 提出請求；本公司得為防冒用要求合理驗證。若 App 未建立本公司帳號，則無本公司帳號可刪除；未來若加入帳號建立功能，將在上架前提供 App 內帳號刪除。Apple 控制的資料應使用 Apple 提供的設定或管道。
十、提供資料的自由與影響
您可選擇是否提供資料；但缺少出生日期、時間、性別、時區或必要設定時，可能無法完成或正確排盤。您可不啟用 iCloud。拒絕與核心功能無關的非必要診斷、推播或行銷，不影響已購買的核心排盤權益。
十一、他人資料與未成年人
輸入他人資料前，請取得有效同意或其他合法權限，只處理必要資料並尊重撤回要求。本 App 不以兒童為主要對象；未成年人應由父母、監護人或法定代理人依所在地法律提供指導或同意。不得利用命盤資料對兒童或他人作有害、歧視或高風險決定。
十二、政策更新
本政策可能因功能、技術、法令或 Apple 規則更新。重大變更將於 App 或公開頁面顯著通知；依法需重新同意者，將於新處理開始前取得。App Store 隱私標籤、App 內說明與本政策應與實際發行版本保持一致。
法規與審查說明
本政策依臺灣個人資料保護法揭露蒐集者、目的、類別、期間、地區、對象、方式、當事人權利及不提供資料之影響，並依 Apple App Review Guidelines 5.1 說明蒐集、分享、保存、刪除與撤回方式。正式送審前仍須以實際程式、第三方 SDK、伺服器與 App Store Connect 隱私問卷逐項核對。

Privacy Policy

The following details describe features and data handling in this version.
iCloud sync in this version
iCloud sync is off by default. Enable it in the iCloud area of 功能與說明 (Features and Information), using an available Apple iCloud account. You can then select 立即同步 (Sync Now). When permitted by your access level, the App may also sync when returning to the foreground or after saving or importing charts.
Synced data includes saved chart names or aliases, categories, notes, birth inputs and chart settings, plus chart identifiers, creation/update times, versions and information needed for sync. CloudKit stores these copies in your Apple Account’s private iCloud database. The App must therefore not be described as keeping all data only on the phone or never uploading data.
An active trial or purchased access permits uploads of new and edited charts. Free access permits downloading existing cloud charts and propagating deletions, but does not upload local additions or edits. Sync depends on connectivity, your Apple Account, iCloud availability and storage.
Deletion, pausing sync and backups
Deleting a chart in the library clears its name, notes and chart content. The App retains a deletion marker without chart content, together with necessary identifiers and version information, to prevent another offline device from restoring it. If the chart was synced to iCloud, sync must remain enabled and complete successfully online before the deletion marker reaches the cloud and other devices. Check pending deletions and the last successful sync; offline deletion does not mean immediate cloud completion.
This version clears synced chart content using deletion markers; it does not promise immediate physical removal of every cloud record. Turning off iCloud sync pauses syncing without deleting existing cloud copies. Removing the App alone does not send a cloud-deletion request. Exported files, shared copies and Apple device backups must be managed separately.
Use Apple’s data-management or support channels for iCloud and device-backup data controlled by Apple. Contact service@life-westwood.net for Company-controlled support data and rights requests. Deleting charts and restoring or cancelling purchase entitlement are separate operations.
Local settings and purchase diagnostics
The App stores interface preferences, sync settings, a sync-account identifier and time information needed to prevent trial-clock rollback on the device. These do not create a separate Company membership account. Apple transaction verification determines purchase entitlement.
購買問題診斷 (Purchase Diagnostics) displays the build, catalog-query time, storefront, product prices and errors for you to view or report voluntarily. Redact unnecessary personal information before emailing. These three public service pages require no login and load no advertising or analytics scripts; delivering pages still requires ordinary network requests.

Privacy Commitment
We follow data minimization. Chart Data is generally processed on-device. We do not sell personal data, conduct cross-company advertising tracking, or provide birth data to train third-party AI models.
1. Scope and Controller
This Policy explains how 亮樣國際有限公司 processes personal data through 悟得命理・紫微排盤, directly related support, and public service pages. Apple, iCloud, the App Store, and device services selected by the user process data under their own policies.
2. On-Device Processing and the Boundary of Collection
Birth date/time, sex or gender, place, time zone, calendar, and chart settings are generally calculated and displayed on-device. If data is not sent to a Company-controlled server or retained by the Company beyond what is needed for a real-time request, the Company does not treat it as collected from the App. Data is transmitted or processed for the purposes below only when the user enables iCloud, sends support content, or purchase validation requires it.
3. Data That May Be Processed
- Chart Data: name or alias, birth date/time, sex or gender, place/coordinates, time zone, calendar, and rule settings.
- User Content: charts, categories, and notes the user saves, plus support messages or attachments.
- Purchase entitlement: product and transaction identifiers, purchase/refund/revocation status, and validation results; not full payment-card numbers.
- Technical data: App/OS version, device type, errors, crashes, and performance data, only if the released version actually uses the feature and collection is permitted by system settings or consent.
- Account data: only if the App actually offers sign-in/accounts, the login identifier and necessary information supplied by Apple.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Data is used only for charting/display, user-requested saving and sync, purchase validation/restoration, support and rights requests, fraud prevention/security, debugging, contract performance, legal compliance, and protection of lawful interests. Depending on location, legal bases may include contract, consent, legal obligation, and proportionate legitimate interests that do not override user rights. Consent is not made a condition for non-essential processing unrelated to core functionality.
5. Retention, iCloud, and Entitlement
Unsaved data is removed after the operation or temporary storage expires. Local charts remain until the user deletes them, clears App data, or removes the App. If iCloud is enabled, Apple may retain sync copies in the user's Apple Account iCloud environment until deletion from the App/iCloud or account-service termination. Transaction, support, security, and legal records are kept only as needed for their purpose, dispute handling, and required periods. iCloud charts and App Store entitlement are separate; deleting one does not automatically delete or cancel the other.
6. Sharing, Processors, and Cross-Border Processing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is disclosed only as necessary to Apple and its providers (App Store, iCloud, system diagnostics, or sign-in), technology/support providers acting under Company instructions and confidentiality/security duties, legally authorized authorities, or lawful successors in a corporate reorganization. Some processing may occur outside Taiwan, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. If a new third-party SDK or provider changes required disclosures, this Policy and the App Store privacy labels will be updated first.
7. Tracking, Advertising, Analytics, and AI
The App does not use Chart Data for cross-company tracking or targeted advertising, sell personal data, or provide birth data for third-party AI training. Analytics, push, or marketing data is processed only if the released version actually implements the feature after required disclosure, permission, and consent. Users may withdraw non-essential consent through App or system settings.
8. Security and Incidents
The Company uses risk-proportionate minimization, access control, least privilege, transmission safeguards, transaction validation, maintenance, processor governance, and incident response. No electronic system is absolutely secure. If an incident requires legal notice, the Company will contain and remediate it and provide required notification.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Under applicable law, you may request inquiry, access, copies, supplementation, correction, cessation of collection/processing/use, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for Company-controlled data. You may delete charts in the App, disable iCloud sync, and contact service@life-westwood.net; reasonable verification may be required to prevent impersonation. If no Company account is created, there is no Company account to delete. If account creation is added, in-app account deletion will be provided before release. Use Apple's settings or channels for Apple-controlled data.
10. Voluntary Provision and Consequences
Providing data is optional, but without birth date/time, sex or gender, time zone, or required settings, charting may fail or be inaccurate. iCloud is optional. Declining non-essential diagnostics, push, or marketing unrelated to core functionality does not affect purchased core charting rights.
11. Other Persons' Data and Minors
Before entering another person's data, obtain valid consent or other lawful authority, process only what is necessary, and honor withdrawal requests. The App is not directed primarily to children. Minors should have guidance or consent from a parent, guardian, or legal representative as local law requires. Do not use Chart Data for harmful, discriminatory, or high-risk decisions about children or others.
12. Policy Updates
This Policy may change for features, technology, law, or Apple rules. Material changes will be prominently announced in the App or on the public page, with renewed consent before new processing where required. App Store privacy labels, in-app notices, and this Policy must remain consistent with the released version.
Regulatory and Review Note
This Policy addresses the collector, purposes, categories, period, region, recipients, methods, data-subject rights, and consequences of non-provision under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, and collection, sharing, retention, deletion, and withdrawal under Apple App Review Guidelines 5.1. Before submission, it must be checked against the actual binary, third-party SDKs, servers, and App Store Connect privacy questionnaire.
