開始使用
在 App 輸入出生資料，選擇西曆、農曆或四柱，核對性別、出生時間與排盤設定後建立命盤。使用三合、四化、飛星入口切換模式；可用模式與時間層依目前權限顯示。
選擇「儲存目前命盤」後填寫命盤名稱、分類與備註。命盤庫提供搜尋、分類、排序與開啟、編輯、刪除操作；請勿在未獲授權時輸入他人的出生資料。
本版功能與購買方式
七日試用與一次性買斷均不是自動續訂方案，沒有每月或每年續費；七日試用不會在期滿自動轉成付費。實際金額、幣別、稅額及優惠以 Apple 購買確認畫面為準。
- 免費版：基本三合排盤，本命、大限（虛歲）、小限、流年與流月；可新增保存最多 5 筆。四化、飛星、流日、流時、四化表與實歲大限等進階功能需試用或買斷。
- 七日試用：開放完整排盤功能及符合資格的 iCloud 上傳；保存及匯入額度仍為 5 筆。
- 一次性買斷：開放完整排盤功能及符合資格的 iCloud 上傳；本版保存及匯入上限為 1,000 筆，並非無限筆數。
試用或購買資格結束不會只因到期而自動刪除既有命盤；超出目前可用額度的命盤會保留並受到開啟／編輯限制。可匯出備份或整理保存名額。iCloud 命盤同步與 App Store 購買資格分開；「還原購買」不會還原命盤資料。
購買與還原購買
在「功能與說明」依 App 顯示啟用七日試用或購買全功能。若價格尚未載入，可在「購買與權限」按「重新確認購買狀態」；付款前請以 Apple 購買確認畫面顯示為準。
曾經購買或換機後，請使用原購買的 Apple 帳號，前往「功能與說明」→「購買與權限」→「還原購買」，依 Apple 畫面完成驗證。還原符合資格的既有購買不會再次收費。
若交易等待核准、已取消或尚未通過驗證，App 會維持原權限。已付款但未解鎖時，先還原購買並確認網路及帳號，不需為了排除問題重複購買。仍有問題請寄信；付款或退款事項由 Apple 依其規則處理。
iCloud、備份與刪除
在「功能與說明」的 iCloud 區域選擇「啟用同步」，再按「立即同步」。試用及買斷可上傳命盤，免費版可下載既有命盤並同步刪除，但不會上傳本機新增或修改。
刪除命盤後，曾上傳的資料須連線並完成同步才會清除雲端命盤內容；關閉同步或只移除 App 不會自動刪除雲端副本。本版會保留不含命盤內容的必要刪除標記。詳細保存、刪除及權利說明請見隱私權政策。
需要自行備份時，使用「匯出備份」並在系統分享視窗選擇存放位置。「匯入備份」會建立獨立副本，受目前保存筆數限制；既有命盤不會被直接覆寫。備份檔可能含出生資料，請妥善保管。
問題與建議回報
請將操作疑問、排盤結果疑問、錯誤、功能或介面建議寄至 service@life-westwood.net。建議主旨：「［悟得排盤問題／建議］問題簡述」。
- App 版本與 Build、iPhone／iPad 型號、iOS／iPadOS 版本。
- 問題發生時間、相關功能、重現步驟與發生頻率。
- 實際結果、預期結果、畫面上的完整錯誤訊息與已嘗試的處理。
- 必要的截圖或錄影；稱呼與是否需要回覆可自行註明。
購買顯示有疑問時，可附「購買問題診斷」→「查看最新查價紀錄」的內容。請遮蔽不必要的真實姓名、出生資料、電子信箱或交易資訊，不要寄送 Apple 密碼、驗證碼或完整付款卡號。涉及他人資料前應先取得同意。
我們會依問題影響程度、資訊完整度及開發安排評估處理。提出建議不代表一定採用或承諾完成日期；需要補充資訊時，會透過您來信的電子信箱聯絡。

Getting started
Enter birth information in the App and choose Gregorian, lunar or Four Pillars input. Check gender, birth time and chart settings, then generate a chart. Use the San He, Four Transformations or Flying Stars controls to switch modes; available modes and time layers depend on your access.
Select 儲存目前命盤 (Save Current Chart), then enter a chart name, category and notes. The chart library supports searching, categories, sorting, opening, editing and deletion. Obtain appropriate permission before entering another person’s birth information.
Features and purchasing in this version
The seven-day trial and one-time purchase do not automatically renew. There is no monthly or annual renewal, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid purchase. The Apple purchase confirmation screen controls the actual amount, currency, tax and offer.
- Free access: basic San He charting with natal, major-cycle (nominal age), minor-cycle, annual and monthly layers; up to 5 newly saved charts. Four Transformations, Flying Stars, daily/hourly layers, transformation tables and actual-age major cycles require an active trial or purchase.
- Seven-day trial: full charting features and eligible iCloud uploads; saving and import are still limited to 5 charts.
- One-time purchase: full charting features and eligible iCloud uploads; this version permits saving and import up to 1,000 charts, not an unlimited number.
Charts are not automatically deleted solely because trial or purchase access ends. Charts beyond the current allowance remain stored, with opening/editing restrictions. You can export a backup or manage the available slots. iCloud chart sync and App Store entitlement are separate; Restore Purchases does not restore chart data.
Buying and restoring purchases
In 功能與說明 (Features and Information), use the available trial or full-access purchase option. If prices have not loaded, open 購買與權限 (Purchases and Access) and select 重新確認購買狀態 (Refresh Purchase Status). Check Apple’s purchase confirmation screen before paying.
For an existing purchase or a replacement device, use the Apple Account originally used to purchase. Open 功能與說明 → 購買與權限 → 還原購買 (Features and Information → Purchases and Access → Restore Purchases), and complete any verification in Apple’s interface. Restoring an eligible existing purchase does not charge you again.
A pending, cancelled or unverified transaction leaves the current access unchanged. If you paid but access has not unlocked, restore purchases and check connectivity and the Apple Account; do not make repeated purchases to troubleshoot. Email us if the issue remains. Apple handles payment and refund matters under its applicable rules.
iCloud, backup and deletion
In the iCloud area of Features and Information, select 啟用同步 (Enable Sync), then 立即同步 (Sync Now). Trial and purchased access permit uploads. Free access permits downloads of existing cloud charts and deletion propagation, but does not upload local additions or edits.
After deletion, previously uploaded chart content is cleared in the cloud only after a successful online sync. Turning sync off or removing the App alone does not automatically delete cloud copies. This version retains necessary deletion markers without chart content. See the Privacy Policy for retention, deletion and rights details.
Use 匯出備份 (Export Backup) and choose a destination in the system share sheet. 匯入備份 (Import Backup) creates independent copies within the current chart allowance, without directly overwriting existing charts. Backup files may contain birth information; store them securely.
Report an issue or suggestion
Email operation questions, chart-result questions, errors, feature requests or interface suggestions to service@life-westwood.net. Suggested subject: “[Wude issue / suggestion] Brief description”.
- App version and Build, iPhone/iPad model, and iOS/iPadOS version.
- When it happened, the affected feature, steps to reproduce and frequency.
- Actual versus expected results, the complete error shown, and troubleshooting already attempted.
- Relevant screenshots or recordings; optionally add a preferred name and whether a reply is needed.
For purchase-display issues, you may include 購買問題診斷 → 查看最新查價紀錄 (Purchase Diagnostics → View Latest Catalog Record). Redact unnecessary names, birth information, email addresses and transaction information. Do not send Apple passwords, verification codes or full payment-card numbers. Obtain consent before sharing another person’s data.
