以下補充說明本版的實際功能與資料處理方式。
本版功能與購買方式
七日試用與一次性買斷均不是自動續訂方案，沒有每月或每年續費；七日試用不會在期滿自動轉成付費。實際金額、幣別、稅額及優惠以 Apple 購買確認畫面為準。
- 免費版：基本三合排盤，本命、大限（虛歲）、小限、流年與流月；可新增保存最多 5 筆。四化、飛星、流日、流時、四化表與實歲大限等進階功能需試用或買斷。
- 七日試用：開放完整排盤功能及符合資格的 iCloud 上傳；保存及匯入額度仍為 5 筆。
- 一次性買斷：開放完整排盤功能及符合資格的 iCloud 上傳；本版保存及匯入上限為 1,000 筆，並非無限筆數。
試用或購買資格結束不會只因到期而自動刪除既有命盤；超出目前可用額度的命盤會保留並受到開啟／編輯限制。可匯出備份或整理保存名額。iCloud 命盤同步與 App Store 購買資格分開；「還原購買」不會還原命盤資料。
中英文如有歧異，以中文版本為準；但不得排除適用法律或 Apple 標準 EULA 所保障且不得拋棄之權利。
重要說明
本文件是本公司對 App 使用、內容與服務的補充條款，不是提交至 App Store Connect 的 Apple 自訂 EULA。若本公司未另行提交合格的自訂 EULA，Apple 的 Licensed Application End User License Agreement（Standard EULA）將自動適用。本條款與 Apple 標準 EULA 或不得排除之法律衝突時，僅在必要範圍內以該等規定為準，其餘條款仍有效。
一、接受條款與契約主體
下載、安裝、開啟、購買或使用本 App，即表示您同意本條款；不同意者請勿使用。就本補充條款而言，契約由您與亮樣國際有限公司訂立，而非 Apple。Apple 與其子公司依 Apple 標準 EULA 及適用法律享有其權利。
二、授權範圍
在您遵守本條款、Apple 標準 EULA 及適用法律的前提下，本公司授予您可撤回、非專屬、不可轉讓、不可再授權的有限授權，僅得於您擁有或控制且 Apple 規則允許的裝置上，為個人或內部專業用途使用 App。所有未明示授予的權利均由本公司保留。
三、智慧財產權
App 的程式、介面、版面、圖像、文字、排盤邏輯之表達、資料庫編排、商標與更新，均屬本公司或授權人之智慧財產。命理理論或公有領域素材本身不因此成為本公司專有權利，但本公司對其具原創性的選擇、編排、程式實作與表達保留權利。使用者保有其合法輸入資料之權利。
四、禁止行為
除法律明文允許且不得限制者外，不得反向工程、反編譯、破解、繞過權限或購買驗證、未授權複製或散布、出租轉售、移除權利標示、干擾安全或服務、植入惡意程式、自動化大量擷取、冒用身分、侵害他人權利，或將 App 用於違法、詐欺、歧視、騷擾或傷害用途。
五、使用者資料與他人資料
您應確保輸入資料正確且來源合法。輸入他人出生或識別資料前，應取得有效同意或具備其他合法權限，並遵守目的限制與資料最小化。您不得輸入無權處理之敏感或機密資料。因違法提供或使用資料所生責任，由行為人負擔；但本公司依法應負之責任不因此免除。
六、體驗與免費功能
七天全功能體驗僅於 App 顯示可用且依 Apple 核准方式啟用時提供。每一 Apple 帳號、裝置或符合 Apple／本公司防濫用規則之資格，原則上限一次；本公司得依法使用購買紀錄、收據驗證或防詐機制判斷資格。體驗不自動續訂、不自動扣款。期滿後功能依 App 當時揭露降為免費範圍。
七、App 內購、價格與恢復購買
完整權限為一次性非消耗型 App 內購。價格、幣別、稅額、促銷、付款、退款與撤銷均以 App Store 顯示、Apple Media Services 條款及適用法律為準。本公司不收取完整付款卡號。成功購買後依交易狀態解鎖；退款、撤銷、退款濫用或交易失效時，本公司得依法取消相應資格。可使用「恢復購買」恢復同一 Apple 帳號下符合資格的交易。
八、iCloud 與第三方服務
iCloud、App Store、裝置備份、網路與其他第三方服務由各提供者依其條款管理。命盤同步與購買資格相互獨立。您同意遵守適用的第三方條款，包括 Apple Media Services Terms。第三方服務中斷、帳號變更或設定可能影響功能；本公司就其無法合理控制的第三方行為不負責，但不排除法律不得免除之責任。
九、更新、功能變更與相容性
本公司得為安全、法令、Apple 規則、技術相容、產品改良或營運需要提供更新或調整功能，但不會任意剝奪已購買之核心權益。部分功能可能因裝置、系統版本、地區或第三方服務而異。若重大不利變更涉及不得拋棄之消費者權利，依適用法律處理。
十、命理內容與專業免責
App 為傳統文化、排盤與研究工具。結果受輸入資料、曆法、時區與流派規則影響，僅供一般資訊及個人參考，不構成醫療、心理、法律、投資、保險、稅務或其他專業意見，亦不保證事件或收益。使用者應自行判斷，重大事項應諮詢合格專業人士。
十一、免責與責任限制
在法律允許最大範圍內，App 按現況及可用狀態提供；本公司不保證不中斷、無錯誤或符合每一特定目的。對可預見範圍外、第三方服務或使用者不當操作所生損害，本公司依法不負責。任何責任排除或上限均不適用於故意、重大過失、人身損害、消費者法定權利或法律禁止限制之責任。
十二、暫停與終止
如有安全風險、違法行為、權利侵害、購買驗證失效或重大違約，本公司得採取相稱措施，包括限制功能、暫停服務或終止使用權；可行時將先通知並提供申訴或補救機會。終止不影響終止前已發生之權利義務，且智慧財產、責任限制、爭議及其他依性質應存續條款繼續有效。
十三、準據法與消費者權利
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，但不影響使用者居住地依法不得排除之消費者保護。爭議應先善意協商；得合法約定管轄時，以臺灣彰化地方法院為第一審管轄法院。Apple 標準 EULA 另有適用準據法或管轄規則者，依其規定。
十四、條款變更與可分割性
本公司得因功能、技術、法令、資訊安全或 Apple 規則更新本條款。重大變更將於 App 或公開頁面通知；依法需重新同意者，將於使用相關功能前取得。任何條款無效或不可執行時，僅在必要範圍調整，其餘仍有效。

The following details describe features and data handling in this version.
Features and purchasing in this version
The seven-day trial and one-time purchase do not automatically renew. There is no monthly or annual renewal, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid purchase. The Apple purchase confirmation screen controls the actual amount, currency, tax and offer.
- Free access: basic San He charting with natal, major-cycle (nominal age), minor-cycle, annual and monthly layers; up to 5 newly saved charts. Four Transformations, Flying Stars, daily/hourly layers, transformation tables and actual-age major cycles require an active trial or purchase.
- Seven-day trial: full charting features and eligible iCloud uploads; saving and import are still limited to 5 charts.
- One-time purchase: full charting features and eligible iCloud uploads; this version permits saving and import up to 1,000 charts, not an unlimited number.
Charts are not automatically deleted solely because trial or purchase access ends. Charts beyond the current allowance remain stored, with opening/editing restrictions. You can export a backup or manage the available slots. iCloud chart sync and App Store entitlement are separate; Restore Purchases does not restore chart data.

If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails, except where non-waivable rights under applicable law or Apple’s Standard EULA require otherwise.
Important Notice
These are the Company's supplemental terms governing use of the App, its content, and services. They are not a Custom EULA submitted in App Store Connect. Unless the Company separately submits a compliant Custom EULA, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies automatically. If these Terms conflict with that EULA or non-waivable law, those rules control only to the required extent and the remaining provisions continue.
1. Acceptance and Parties
By downloading, installing, opening, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it. These supplemental Terms are between you and 亮樣國際有限公司, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries retain their rights under Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law.
2. License Scope
Subject to these Terms, Apple's Standard EULA, and applicable law, the Company grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the App for personal or internal professional purposes on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Intellectual Property
The App's software, interface, layout, graphics, text, expressive implementation of charting logic, database arrangement, marks, and updates are owned by the Company or licensors. Metaphysical theories or public-domain material do not become proprietary merely by inclusion, but the Company retains rights in original selection, arrangement, software implementation, and expression. Users retain rights in data they lawfully provide.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Except where non-waivable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass access or purchase validation, copy or distribute without authority, rent or resell, remove rights notices, disrupt security or service, introduce malware, conduct automated bulk extraction, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful purposes.
5. User and Third-Party Data
You must ensure submitted data is accurate and lawfully obtained. Before entering another person's birth or identifying data, obtain valid consent or other lawful authority and follow purpose limitation and data minimization. Do not enter sensitive or confidential data you lack authority to process. The actor remains responsible for unlawful submission or use, without excluding liability the Company must bear by law.
6. Trial and Free Features
The seven-day full-feature trial is offered only when shown as available in the App and activated through an Apple-approved method. Eligibility is generally limited to one use per Apple Account, device, or other criterion permitted by Apple and the Company's anti-abuse rules. Purchase history, receipt validation, or anti-fraud measures may lawfully determine eligibility. The trial does not renew or charge automatically. At expiry, functionality reverts to the free scope disclosed in the App.
7. In-App Purchase, Price, and Restoration
Full access is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Price, currency, tax, promotion, payment, refund, and revocation are governed by the App Store display, Apple Media Services Terms, and applicable law. The Company does not receive full payment-card numbers. Access unlocks after a valid transaction; if a transaction is refunded, revoked, invalid, or abused, the Company may lawfully remove the related entitlement. Restore Purchases is available for eligible transactions under the same Apple Account.
8. iCloud and Third-Party Services
iCloud, the App Store, device backup, connectivity, and other third-party services are governed by their providers' terms. Chart sync and purchase entitlement are independent. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms, including Apple Media Services Terms. Outages, account changes, or settings may affect functionality. The Company is not responsible for third-party acts outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates, Changes, and Compatibility
The Company may update or adjust features for security, law, Apple rules, compatibility, improvement, or operations, but will not arbitrarily remove core purchased rights. Features may vary by device, OS version, region, or third-party service. Material adverse changes affecting non-waivable consumer rights are handled under applicable law.
10. Metaphysical Content and Professional Disclaimer
The App is a traditional-culture, charting, and research tool. Results depend on source data, calendars, time zones, and school-specific rules. They are general information for personal reference, not medical, psychological, legal, investment, insurance, tax, or other professional advice, and do not guarantee events or returns. Users must exercise judgment and consult qualified professionals for major matters.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided as-is and as-available without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every specific purpose. The Company is not liable where law permits for unforeseeable loss, third-party services, or user misuse. No exclusion or cap applies to intent, gross negligence, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or liability that law forbids limiting.
12. Suspension and Termination
For security risks, unlawful conduct, infringement, failed purchase validation, or material breach, the Company may take proportionate measures including feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Where feasible, notice and an opportunity to appeal or cure will be provided. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations; intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and other provisions intended by nature to survive remain effective.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without depriving users of non-waivable consumer protection in their place of residence. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith. Where jurisdiction may lawfully be agreed, the Taiwan Changhua District Court is the court of first instance. Any governing-law or venue rule in Apple's Standard EULA applies as provided there.
14. Changes and Severability
The Company may update these Terms for feature, technology, law, security, or Apple-rule changes. Material changes will be announced in the App or on a public page; renewed consent will be obtained before relevant use where required. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is adjusted only as necessary and the remainder continues.
